The Fifth Quarter Civic Association is a nonprofit 501(3)c organization whose concerns and issues include: hiring, promotions, training, and education of African Americans & other minority members in the fire department.

Our vision is to see local fire services reflect the heart of our communities in diversity, excellence, and active engagement.
OUR MISSION
The Mission of the 5th Quarter Civic Association is to provide community service, engagement, and representation through regularly scheduled fire safety and education events, training for individuals who are interested in applying for the fire service, as well as upward mobility training and opportunities for active firefighters within our organization.
